What is the Game Hosting SDK?

The Game Hosting SDK is an open-source package for game developers to aid with integration into our ONE Game Hosting Platform.

It comes in the form of C++ code that contains testing tools, libraries, documentation about the code and processes and guides needed to set up communication between your game servers and the ONE Game Hosting Platform to facilitate automated scaling of hosting capacity and to unlock additional functionality such as health monitoring and the ability to send commands and information to your game servers, using our http API.

How does the SDK work?

The SDK exposes a C++ API surface for all the processes surrounding the deployment and setup of your game servers and their communication with the ONE Game Hosting Platform. It’s just a matter of embedding the SDK code directly via your game engine of choice. The SDK contains a test agent allowing you to verify your integration without having to actually deploy it onto our platform.
